We are able to provide this service in both residential and commercial properties and there is no charge for a call-out fee.

The process
Identify and diagnosing a electrical fault
During the visit to your property our experienced electrician will ask a few questions about the electrical fault, for example?

When did the problem start?

What doesn't work and where?

Is the problem intermittent or constant?

Have you had any other work carried out in the property recently?
The electrician will thoroughly evaluate electrical issues. Conduct a full inspection and test of the circuit or equipment to identify the type and nature of the fault? And establish the best solution, permanent or temporary repair in order to make safe and re-energise.
Due to the nature of the work, fault finding can take from little as 30 mins to a few hours so the works will be charged at an hourly rate from £80 Per Hour.
Any materials or further remedial works will be discussed with the client and quoted for approval before proceeding further.
